Each Artist Grillz design is custom-made to approved order specifications. Review the number and placement of teeth, available metal and stone selections, and the mold process before ordering. A usable impression is required; older impressions may require a new mold. If you have a question about product options or fit, contact Artist Grillz before purchase. Production estimates may begin at 7–10 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and observed holidays. Many custom orders require up to four weeks. Complex designs, laboratory processing, material availability, impression issues, or high order volume may extend completion to two months or longer. Some orders may be completed sooner. All timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed completion or delivery dates. Production timing begins after usable impressions, required approvals, and payment arrangements have been completed. Shipping transit is additional. U.S. shipping is currently free. International shipping is not free and requires an advance quote.
