How long does a custom order take?
Some pieces may be completed within 7–10 business days or sooner. Many custom orders require up to four weeks; complex designs or high order volume may take two months or longer. Business days exclude weekends and observed holidays. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Shipping transit is additional.
Can I use my own mold?
Yes, if the impression is usable for production. We recommend a new impression if your mold is more than three months old. An unusable impression requires a replacement mold kit.
Can I request a unique design?
Yes. Visit Contact and complete the Custom Design Quote Request form with your preferred metal, number of teeth, design details and inspiration. We will review your request before confirming pricing and production.
Payment and shipping
Orders must be paid in full before shipping. U.S. shipping is free. International shipping is quoted separately; online international checkout is unavailable until accurate rates are configured.

Place your order through our secure checkout. Available payment and financing options are shown at checkout and may depend on eligibility.
Are custom orders refundable?
Made-to-order grillz are generally final sale for change of mind. Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours and before the mold kit ships or production begins. These terms do not limit rights or remedies required under applicable law, including for defective, incorrectly supplied or qualifying delayed orders.
